What is CPR?

 

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is a life-saving technique used in emergencies when someone's heartbeat or breathing has stopped. Learning CPR can significantly increase the chances of survival for someone experiencing cardiac arrest or a similar emergency.

 

Who can take a CPR course?

 

Our CPR courses are open to anyone, regardless of prior medical training or experience.

 

How long is the CPR training course?

 

The duration of our CPR training courses typically ranges from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the level of certification.

 

Will I receive a certification card?

 

Yes, students will receive their CPR certification card on the same day they complete the course.

 

What should I bring to the CPR training course?

 

Please bring a valid ID, comfortable clothing, and a notebook if you would like to take notes.  

 

Do you offer group or corporate training?

 

Yes, we offer group and corporate training sessions. These sessions can be held at an onsite training at your location or scheduled sessions at our training facility. Please contact us for more details and to schedule a session.

 

Do you use feedback devices during training?

 

Yes, we use advanced feedback devices to ensure students perform CPR techniques with accuracy and confidence.

 

How often do I need to renew my CPR certification?

 

CPR certification is typically valid for two years. We recommend taking a renewal course before your certification expires.

 

What happens if you lose your certification card within the 2 years? 

 

If you lose your CPR  certification card don’t worry! You can request a replacement by contacting us. We will verify your certification and issue you a new card promptly. 

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

 

We encourage all students to use the online registration process available on our website. For those who prefer to pay with cash or Zelle, these payments can be completed on-site on the day of the scheduled course. NOTE:  This can only be done by scheduling an appointment with us directly

 

If I need to reschedule my course, what should I do?

 

Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances. If you need to reschedule, you must contact us one (1) hour before the scheduled course time to arrange a new date.
